The local currency is the Maldivian rufiyaa (MVR). Guest payments at our hotel are handled in US dollars. Please contact reception with any currency questions.
Local time
Maldives time is GMT+5 (UTC+5) throughout the year, with no daylight saving time. Fuvahmulah follows the same time as the capital, Malé.
Payment
Payments are handled between 21:00 and 22:00. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and UnionPay credit/debit cards, bank transfers and online payments.

Room key
Please keep your room key in a safe place. Lost or damaged keys are charged to your account at US$65. Return your key to reception 15 minutes before departure.
Clothing
Casual clothing is welcome. Please respect local customs when exploring inhabited islands by covering your shoulders and thighs. Swimwear is not permitted in the restaurant, bar or office areas; a T-shirt and shorts are recommended.

Damage to hotel property or missing items will be charged to your account according to their value in US dollars.

Tipping is customary in the Maldives. If you would like to thank a particular staff member, we recommend giving your tip directly to them.
